Q. Do you accept custom orders?
A. Absolutely! Sweet Goosie Girl loves custom orders and will work closely with you to
design your custom cookie.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Sweet Goosie Girl only accepts Paypal and payment must be made in full to secure a spot
on her calendar. **Payment must be made before cookie production can begin**
Q. How far in advance do I need to order my pretty & delicious confections?
A. The more notice you can give...the better. The minimum amount of time is 1-1/2 weeks
but remember that Sweet Goosie Girl's calendar books up quickly.
Q. How will my sweets be shipped?
A. Sweet Goosie Girl uses Priority Mail via the USPS.
Q. How do you keep my pretties in tact during shipping?
A. Sweet Goosie Girl packages each cookie in a cello bag, swaddles it in bubble wrap,
encloses it in a bakery box and then nestles that inside the postal box stuffed
with colorful crinkle shred. Sweet Goosie Girl has no control nor is not responsible
for damage due to shipping.
Q. What if I get my cookies and they are not what I wanted?
A. Sweet Goosie Girl takes great pride in her work and works with each customer to ensure
satisfaction. However, since these are custom made to order, there is a no return policy.
