Now here's a blast from the past...

Polaroid cameras...

Who remembers these?

The way the picture would emerge from the front of the camera...

and then you'd have to wait for the image to magically appear...

I thought that was the coolest!

When I was making these, Goosie Girl came in and asked what these were...

I told her and she preceded to tell me that I was weird and then walked out...

You just gotta love an almost 13 year old!

Sweet Friday - Milk Bottle Cookies

I just adore milk bottles...

the charm they exude with their shape, 

their vintageness & then thinking how they used to be delivered...

I could (and have) spent hours perusing the different ones at antique markets...

So it's no surprise how much I love creating my milk bottle cookies...

This pretty is heading to a birthday party...
I wonder if the guests will ponder its history like I did...
As long as they enjoy it...after all pretty & delicious is what it's about...

Who would have ever thought Milk Bottles would be so popular...

Perhaps it's the nostalgia that goes with...

Or maybe just the vintage charm they exude...

I've sent out two separate orders this week alone 

of milk bottle cookies for celebrations...

These sweet treats could be adapted for many different parties...

milk & cookies, vintage, farm, school...

and that's just off the top of my head...
