Baby Blue/Silver Circle Monogram Cookies

These pretties were made as favors for a baptism
for a baby boy...
What I love most about these (besides the sweetness)...
is the silver around the edge...
That little sheen makes these guys just pop...
Here's to a Friday filled with shine!
Happy Weekend!

Breakfast with Santa Personalized Cookies

How sweet is this theme...
A breakfast with Santa birthday party...
When this particular mom contacted me and asked if I could make cookies
for this celebration, I was giddy with excitement...
Personalized AND sparkly...
Count me in!
My mind immediately envisioned this image by the fabulous designer, Tobi Fairley...
One set of glittered goodness is going to be at each child's place setting...
and the other on the dessert table...
So fun & festive...
I think Santa and the elves will approve!
Here's to a Thursday filled with sparkle!

Red/Turquoise Milk Bottles & Personalization

I absolutely adore this color combo...
(sorry my snowman doesn't have his "blush" on...I added it after the pic was taken)
It is so festive, fun & whimsical...
Perfect for the holidays...

Not to mention for any other day of the year...
Of course no party would be complete without personalization...
Aren't they the cutest?!
And then since this is a milk & cookies theme...
We must add the milk...
So go & enjoy...
and add a little whimsy to your day...

They're my nitch...they're what I'm super good at...they're what I love...
So I need to find a way to make it happen...
I mean look how cute they are...
and done in preppy Lilly colors...

Pink/White Circle Monogram Cookies

Monograms are by far my favorite cookie to design...
I just love anything & everything personalized...
Preppy, pretty & delicious...
What's not to love?
These are the sister cookie to the Scales of Justice ones that I shared last week...
Going to a daughter who is taking finals at Georgia Southern...
Sweet treats to add pleasure to all that studying...
I have a feeling the girls in her sorority house might like to indulge in a few too...
I'm sure she'll share...
Here's to a Monday filled with all things pretty & delicious!

Scales of Justice Cookies

A mom contacted me and asked if I could make cookies for her children
who were studying & taking college finals...
Isn't that just the sweetest?
Her son is a law school student...
So I thought the Scales of Justice, in his school's colors, would be most appropriate...
Perhaps pair these with coffee for that perfect pick-me-up
to help keep the studying going...
I thought this quote from Pinterest was quite fitting...
message to my law school peeps.
He can even share with his study group...
Wishing him the best of luck!
Here's to a Thursday filled with focus!

Pink/Green Monogram Cookies

My Lilly inspired monograms have been quite popular...
I mean who doesn't love pink, green & personalized?
These were actually a gift from a daughter to a Mom for a birthday surprise...
I packaged the two designs in one bag...
and tied them up with a bow...

and included the sweetest note...
telling the Mom to share the cookies with her friends...
just like the Mom always told the daughter
to do with her friends when she was growing up...
Isn't that SO special?
Here's to a Monday filled with childhood traditions!

Pink Dress Cookie Pops

I love working with Jennifer from Double the Fun Parties...
She designs & styles the cutest parties!
So when she asked if I could create cookie pops for a photo shoot she was having...
 I was super excited...
These pretties match the image she sent me...
I can't wait to see what she does...
Is there anything better than pink & girly?
Here's to a weekend filled with all things lovely!

Purple/Orange Monograms

Okay...so you know my love for monograms...
So it's no surprise that these are my favorite cookies to decorate...
They look fabulous in all color combos...
Like Clemson's...
Many South Carolina folk bleed purple & orange...
Outfit -- Clemson Tigers,
and celebrations tend to center on these colors...
like these birthday cookies...
Traditions can be quite deep rooted...
I am sure these pretties will fit right in...
Here's to a Tuesday filled with tradition!

Monograms & Alligators

I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday!

It's hard to believe that it's over and that the Christmas season is in full swing, no?
And isn't this sparkly turkey just the best?!
From Kate Spade...of course...
Now on to cookies...
I made these pretties a few weeks ago...
Not quite as glitzy as the turkey but definitely charming...
And these colors together are definitely fitting for a baby boy...
Monograms....
Alligators...
Be still my preppy heart...
How special would these be as ornaments for Christmas...
Loving this idea!
I have more monograms on the agenda this week...
They are my favorites...
Here's to a Monday filled with personalization!

Lilly Pulitzer Cookies

Hi, My name is Terri and I'm a Lilly lover...
So when Kathryn from Raspberry Fizz asked if I could make cookies
for her Lilly Launch Party...I was in!
Lilly Pulitzer cookies...is there really anything better?
I think not!
I used my edible imaging to print out Lilly's new print..."Life's A Party"
(don't you just love that name...definitely SO Lilly...)
and put them on the cookies...
How perfect will these be for her party?!
They make me happy just looking at them...
Here's to a Monday filled with all things Lilly!

Sweet Friday - Sparkly Monogram Cookies

I do believe these are my favorite cookies that I've ever made...
I love the monogram...
I love the colors together...
and of course I love the sparkle...
Stacy from Preppy & Pink asked if I could make monograms
for a baby shower she is hosting...
She said the colors were pink & gold...
and she'd like gold glitter on them if I had it...
Ask and ye shall receive...
I am used to working with disco dust (aka edible glitter)...
but this gold was a bit challenging...it just stuck and the extra didn't want to come off...
I was like pigpen but instead of dust...I had a cloud of glitter...
The hub told me that I looked like Edward (from Twilight) when he goes in the sunlight
because I sparkled so much...
There are worse things to be than sparkly...right?
I do love the way they turned out though...
I hope she does too!
Here's to a weekend full of sparkly goodness!

Minnie Mouse Cookies

Walt Disney World...the happiest place on earth...no?
I live about 20 minutes from the Mouse family...
and I don't visit them nearly as much as I should...
We sometimes, on the weekend, like to head to Downtown Disney
and soak up the magic...especially when Goosie Girl was younger...
so it's no surprise that I love making my Minnie Mouse cookies...
I mean after all, she is practically my neighbor...
She especially likes when I add a little bling to her...
Like this hot pink rhinestone...
She likes to be all girly and glam up for Mickey...
Sometimes she even chooses to go red...
This is her more traditional look...
Mickey's are on the agenda to do today...
Here's to a Wednesday filled with magic & glam!

Princess Crown Cookies

It was a royal kind of day...
with a few of my favorite things...
princesses, sparkle & personalization...
So you can imagine my pure delight in creating these pretties...
as if those weren't enough...
I had an order for the yellow too...
Simple & pretty...my kind of cookie!
Here's to a Tuesday filled with sparkle!

Sweet Friday - Preppy Pink & Green Whale Cookies

I thought these little guys would be perfect for Sweet Friday
since we are heading to the beach this weekend...
(the shells are actually ones I picked up in Clearwater)
I've always had these preppy pretties...
but I changed them a tad by putting them on a round cookie
(you know the round is my signature...keeping it simple)
and adding a polka dotted friend for fun...
Traditional or with a touch of whimsey...you decide...
but still Sweet Goosie Girl's pretty & delicious cookie...
Here's to a Friday (and weekend) filled with preppy prettiness and sea life!

A Halloween Inspired Birthday Party

Happy Halloween!
I thought it was most appropriate to share Goosie Girl's 13th birthday party today
since it was halloween inspired...
Of course she wanted a food table filled with yummies...
(I just love this spider tablecloth that I got from Michaels)
She invited 5 friends over for a sleep over...
They were so impressed with the little details of the table (which made me swoon)...
I put their dinner
(consisting of  a Chick fil'a sandwich, fries, apple slices, condiments & a festive napkin)
in a gable box and tied it up oh so pretty...
I used simple black cups and attached a name card and a stripey straw for their drinks...
OMG they said...usually at a party we just eat greasy pizza on paper plates and write our names with a sharpy on our cups...not here you don't!
They had popcorn for movie time (or just to munch on)...
In lieu of the birthday cake, we opted for layered cupcakes in clear glasses...
the spoons were black striped and I added some pink glitter for glitz...
And of course we had to have some of Sweet Goosie Girl's cookies...
(these were done using the edible imaging)
Just simple, pretty & delicious...
I wish I would have taken a picture of when I woke up Saturday morning...
there wasn't much left...
Goosie Girl and her friends had a great time...

**I ordered the gable boxes, popcorn boxes, wooden spoons & black/white lollipops
from Kara's Party Ideas...I must say that I was not impressed with the quality of the gable boxes/popcorn boxes and would not order from them again.

Spider tablecloth, ribbon, flowers, stickers & striped straws all came from Michaels...

Hanging spiders came from Party City
