Taking Limited Orders

So...I did my first set of cookies in three years this past weekend.  
I can't believe it's been that long!  
Goosie Girl was going to a pre-prom party 
where they were going to be taking pictures and having dinner 
and she wanted me to make cookies.  
I did them in school colors and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it.  
So much so that I decided I would start taking limited orders (since I'm still teaching).  
I've missed that creativeness and I love the finished product.

I just packed up 8 cookie boxes this morning, of these pretties,

 for Goosie Girl to take to school and give to her teachers...

It is finally here...

My very last day of employment...

My very, very last day of school...

And I thought it would be quite appropriate to wrap it up with Dr. Seuss...
after all, I was a reading teacher...
I never fully realized all the wisdom that was in a Dr. Seuss book...

But the most appropriate today comes from "Oh the Places You'll Go"...

I can't wait to see all the places I'll go...

Last Day Of School and Apple Cookies

I N-E-V-E-R thought today would get here...

The last day of school (with students)...

So of course it is most appropriate to share apple cookies 

that Goosie Girl wanted me to make for her teachers...

It's kind of bittersweet to think that apples

won't be one of my accessories anymore...

but I know that I'll have way more fun designing them for others...

So I'm off to get ready for my last day of teaching...

Teacher Appreciation Cookies

You do know it was Teacher Appreciation this week...

Teachers are bit like superheroes...

They morph into different roles depending upon the situation...

Trust me...I know...

I made this sweet little basket full of cookies

for a friend's daughter to take to her teacher to show her appreciation...

I love these little fruit boxes that I found on Etsy...

I wrapped everything up and tied with a polka bow...
