Union Jack Flag Cookies

I was asked to make Union Jack cookies for a birthday party...

The navy that is traditionally on the flag was substituted out for the turquoise...

Wouldn't these have been perfect for the Queen's Jubilee or the Olympics?

Perhaps next time...
